Most orders are usually shipped within 7 business days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s). Delivery usually takes 15-60 days & it could take longer during holiday or any unusual scenario such as in the time of pandemic, war or any form of global catastrophe.
Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- The order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires customization.
- An order is shipped to the remote country.
Additionally, customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently.
** Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.

In the rare case, you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from the day it was received. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer will support the return costs.
To return a product follow the steps:
1. Send at aerowares1@gmail.com 2-3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return. Insert the order number like #123456 in the email subject.
2. Once you receive the return address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice. We suggest providing tracking number for the returns, as lost in return items are not liable for reimbursement.
3. Once the item is returned to our warehouse you will have the amount refunded. Please allow up to 30 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
*Please note that Express Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
